This project focused on redesigning an internal sales tool to enhance the daily workflow of sales representatives and improve overall sales performance. The original tool was cluttered, unintuitive, and lacked critical features that supported the sales process. The result was a more intuitive and efficient tool that increased rep satisfaction, reduced time-to-close, and supported higher completion rates of sales activities.
